It is in north-western Germany; the guy, Werner Brösel made several crazy bikes; he is better known in the Animation-films like "Werner beinhart", "Werner - gekotzt wird später","Werner Volles Rooäää": it's simple: that Werner speaks in the film Werner; and the film-Werner has also these motorcycles and so onit's really funny, but I don't know if it's also in english

Dang I wanted to see it go....But still that bike could be pretty hard to take turns,and besides if it was only one person it would take forever to crank all those 24 engines
