I cried so hard. And I decided to forgive myself. I had this weight on my chest and I didn't know what it was, and now I am crying it all out. Thank you. Although I don't reccommend doing this in the morning- because your face might look like a punching bag after! haha.

We got rid of my husband's cat allergy in two rounds of tapping. Just tapped on "this cat allergy", that did it for him. But if that doesn't work, tap on all the symptoms you have, eg, "eventhough my eyes itch each time I touch a cat, I deeply and completely accept myself" and so on. Good luck. We now have 2 beautiful furry beasts.

Any chance you could do a video for cat allergy sufferers? I'm somewhat new to EFT but I'm willing to try it. I'd love to be able to have a cat in my home again and I've wanted to work with animals but my cat allergy is quite a nuisance, itchy throat, sneezing, itchy, watery, red eyes and of lots of tissue use. Would you please consider doing a video for me?

Thanks, Ana. Yes - we sometimes feel discomfort in this process, because EFT peels the layers of the onion, and negativity that we've been burying and trying to ignore comes up to the surface. Keep moving it out, and teh changes in your life can amaze you. :)

thanks Brad!!!this is my first day and first time,i did it in both sides,first in one,then the other,is taht ok?i felt like an anxiety in my stomach when i finished,i think its the bad negatives thouguts are gonig out.i want to heal my body,i really wish it.do you think its a normal sensation?tahnk you,and sorry for y english,i come from Spain,and i found you because i asked for help,and now everything is coming.GOD BLESS YOUPLEASE ANSWER BACK.TAHNKS
