No offence, but I don't belive that. Ertl discontinued the mini range entirely in 2003. The regular line of Ertls was discontinued in 2004. BoCo wasn't in the show for 10 years, so why make a character that newer fans wouldn't know? They never released it. End of discussion.

i'm sorry to burst yor bubble but it was only realesed earlier on last year as thought it would be a waste of time to advertise such a late addition i was one of the lucky ones who found out

Um, there is no such thing. The Wharf wasn't shown until season 10, in 2006. Ertl discontinued the minis line in 2003.
