人口の多い東京ならではの苦肉の策だね。人力で漕がないといけない自転車は名古屋や福岡型の地上駐輪場の方が使いやすいんだけど東京の需要を満たす量ってなると地下1階じゃ済まないだろうからね

駐輪場の出庫に23秒って、かかりすぎでしょどう考えても（笑）10人並んでたら自分の自転車出すのに3分以上かかる荷物をもったままそんなに待てないよ機構のすごさだけを考えていてはダメでしょ

Bycyle parking in that way is not uncommon in Japan's urban aerea.Japan's land cost is very high,espesially urban zone.So,Hi-Tech Parking that has less spaces is necesary in Japan.
