I could probably figure it out by online searching if I knew what model tuner you have. Just guessing, the 2B is referring to the open B string (string #2), and you should switch the tuner to guitar.-jc (not John)

Drop D tuning means the low E string is tuned to a D as opposed to a E. Hit the low E string on the 12th fret and it will be the same octave as the open D string if it's lowered to D.In drop C tuning the low E string is tuned to a C. You should be able to figure out how to do this based on what was said above.-jc

On my tuner I would play like an open low E string and it will say like 2B or something else, also my guitar can switch between chromatic and guitar, which should I use?

please someone help! I can't tune my A string because it gets too loose. do I have to tune it that the tuner will show letter A?
